Most Bathroom & Kitchen renovators that we work with have been relying on hope marketing such as word of mouth or network referals.
Understandable many of our clients have been skeptical to invest in advertsing especially when they are being promised the world by all the so called online gurus.
Some of our clients have even been burned from promises of being at "the top of Google or 1000's of calls from Yell".

Demand for for John had dried up & he needed help with connecting to more customers.
John like many had tried doing a bit of Facebook & Google ads himself such as boosting posts, but unfortunately had not much success.
We proposed a social media marketing campaign to attract new local customers.
We would target homeowners within his service area.
We tested multiple images & videos demonstrating his work. We also tested putting in price ranges to see if that produced a more qualified client.
Then after a client would see Johns work on Facebook or Instagram they would request a quote.
As soon as the request was made the potential client was sent an automated text
- Thanking them for their request
- A link to more examples of his work & reviews
- A notification of when to expect a call back to go over the details
In the first week of the campaign we generated over 18 requests for quotes with customers already knowing the price range of a renovation.
We also helped John increase his businesses awareness to his past clients & boost his overall social media engagement.
